No Returns

All purchases made from Imperial Auto Accessories are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer requires the item.

Customers are encouraged to confirm product specifications, compatibility, colour, size and other relevant details before making a purchase.

Product Compatibility

Where applicable, customers should provide accurate vehicle details, including the make, model, year and specifications, to help us recommend the appropriate product.

Once a product has been purchased and supplied according to the customer’s request, it cannot be returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged before delivery, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and advise on the appropriate solution.

Where applicable, remedies may include repair, replacement or another solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Installed Products

Products that have been installed, modified, used or altered after purchase are not eligible for return due to change of mind or customer preference.
